As a team member in the Technical support department (after a complete internal training), the Support engineer provides high-quality technical Support to our worldwide partners.
The Support engineer writes product Manuals & technical documentation (mainly in English, but French is an advantage) and elaborates problem resolution steps and troubleshooting method for solving customers' issues.
The Support engineer may provide technical training to our partners on our products..

Job Requirements:

• Education: graduate in electronic engineering or technical field • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role • Fluent in Hebrew and English languages • Self-assurance, good reactivity and ability to work directly with clients • Fast learning skills, Highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills, initiative, superior problem solving skills, and a self-starter

Advantages:

• Fluent in French
• Knowledge of MS-SQL
• Knowledge and experience with Access Control systems • Hands-on experience with computer networks and network administration
