Technical Support Representative
 
We are looking for a Support Agent to handle support requests from our internal and external users.
You will be responsible for walking users through the process of achieving their goal with the product and work platforms, whether the problem relates to a user error, a bug or something else entirely.
The Support Agent will be responsible for communicating with our product and programming staff about suspected problems.
The Support Agent will also be responsible for communicating with Operation team and Commercial team.

Responsibilities

Deliver service and support to end-users.
Gather user's information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms.
Assesse severity level based on predefined criterias.
Assesse urgency level based on the inputs from Ops / Commercial team
Research required information using available resources.
Follow standard processes and procedures.
Identify, prioritize and escalate issues.
Redirect problems to appropriate resources.
Escalation and reproduction of technical issues for the development team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent of 2 years of experience working in an office setting
Excellent analytical skills, passion for pinning down technical issues and solving problems.
Identifies and understands issues and problems; uses effective approaches for choosing a course of action.
Deals effectively with others in antagonistic situations, using appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to reduce tension.
Makes users and their needs a primary focus of one's actions.
Maintains stable performance under pressure or opposition.
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a dynamic atmosphere
Excellent English (Reading/Writing). Please note: All work is conducted in English
