As a Technical Support Leader you will be joining a small team that moves fast. You’ll have the freedom to plan, experiment, and execute various activities to ensure customer satisfaction. You will play a significant role in shaping the company’s future, by creating value for our customers and increasing customer happiness.
You will be joining us at an exciting and challenging time of fast growth, and you will have ample opportunities to learn and grow with us.

Job Responsibilities:

Making customers happy. You will in charge of technical support for our products, engaging directly with customers and with our Customer Success Managers. You will be resolving technical challenges and making sure our customers get the most out of our platform. You’ll own roll-out and implementation of new product features, and figure out novel ways to make our customers happy (these ways may or may not involve cat videos).
Educating customers. You will plan and lead product training sessions, and introduce product enhancements – collaborating with our Product, R&D, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales teams.

Job Requirements:

BSc degree in engineering or other exact sciences
You’ve done (some of) this before. You have 3+ years of experience with Javascript and HTML, SQL experience, familiarity with Analytics tools like Google Analytics and Omniture, and experience providing technical support for Web-based SaaS products.
You like people, and people like you. You love to help and make things clearer and easier for everyone. Everyone would volunteer to help you move or babysit your cat (though probably not at the same time).
You’re an analytical problem solver. When you run out of cat food at midnight on a Friday, you don’t despair but spring into action – methodically running over the list of open stores, cat food substitutes in your fridge, and cat owners in your building who might lend a hand (or chicken leg).
You have excellent verbal / written / spoken English communication skills.

Nice to Have but not a Must:

People leadership experience
Familiarity with Facebook API
Practical experience with Salesforce
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Ruby)
