Looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our Haifa team for a student position.
If you are a hunter with a passion for sourcing great candidate, this role you is a unique opportunity for you. You will join a rapidly growing startup and impact the employer brand and candidate experience

What you will be doing:

You will proactively identify and reach out to potential prospects and
manage the candidate experience so it reflects our culture.

Work closely with our People Operations manager to develop and execute on
job-specific sourcing strategies.
Work closely with Hiring Managers during the kickoff meeting and find
qualified candidates.
Utilize network connections, (LinkedIn, GitHub etc.) to uncover potential
candidates.
Be proactive and creative in raising employer brand awareness - such as
meetups/ speaking opportunities/ career fairs.
Create a candidate experience that lends a genuine insight into our culture.
Reach out to candidates, hold initial phone calls and be excel in
identifying who can be a great addition to our team
Schedule and coordinate the recruitment process. Regularly manage pipeline
activity and maintain data integrity in our ATS.

What you bring:

A passion for the hiring and sourcing work. You have the endurance to hear
plenty of NOs and the satisfaction when the patience pays off.
A marketing state of mind: You're curious about understanding our target
audience, what they find interesting and what value they're looking for in a
workplace. You know the key is focusing on the person, not on ourselves.
Experience: You bring out of the box thinking of sourcing channels. You are
familiar with Boolean search and other best practices.
You are an HR geek who keeps up-to-date on new trends in hiring. Fast
learner who has the ability to adjust to new methodologies/mindset.
Experience in Hitech companies is an advantage.
MA/MSc Student in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related
field is an advantage.
Mother tongue level English is a must.
