Support Specialist
 
Working with DB (MySql, MongoDB).
Working closely with R&D as well as other parties.
Manage support tickets and prioritization (Jira).
Mobile platforms iOS, Android, Windows.
Working with SaaS applications.

Responsibilities

Focal point for global escalations.
Prioritize tickets with R&D.
Maximize use of hardware and software by training users.
Prepares reference for users by writing operating instructions.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

Experience in customer support positions.
Experience in running SQL queries.
Ability to prioritize and manage escalations.
Good English skills – reading and writing.

Advantage:

Knowledge of MySql and MongoDB.
Experience with Jira / Confluence.
Network / IT orientation.
Experience in Web / Mobile Application support.

Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Analytic approach and thinking outside of the box.
Service oriented.
Team player, with proven ability of working in a dynamic environment.
