Strategic Success Manager
 
As the Strategic Success Manager, you’ll build and manage professional relationships with our customers’ executives and stakeholders to understand, anticipate, and define their needs to ultimately put their goals to action. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with the world's biggest brands and offer a solution that has a powerful impact on their business!

The responsibilities

Develop expert level knowledge of our holistic solution in order to create value and highlight the benefits of our solutions to end users.
Increase renewal rates and reduce churn through higher rates of product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall positive health scores
Influence future lifetime value through user engagement and value-building
Work closely with customers through their lifecycle, onboarding, training and educating new users, while identifying new areas within customers' organisations to further grow our mutual success.

What you bring to the team

Previous experience in customer success/account management
English mother tongue mandatory (additional language is an advantage)
Solutions-oriented and customer-service, can-do attitude - mandatory
Experience working with SaaS products a plus
Working with inside/enterprise customers a plus
Knowledge and insights into the online travel industry a plus
