2018 is is going to be a year of unprecedented growth and we are looking for an Account Manager to join our growing Sales team!

The Account Manager will be responsible for building relationships with key customer accounts and making sure these accounts are consistently getting real value from our offering This is an amazing opportunity to join a rapidly growing startup as we start to expand internationally.

The Role

The Account Manager position is a quota-carrying position
Own the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities (up-sell, cross-sell, etc), to building the relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting
Possess a comprehensive understanding of our solution and connect that knowledge directly to customer ROI
Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and make sure they are consistently seeing value
Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.)
Act as an escalation point-of-contact for relationship and commercial issues
Develop strategies and coordinate cross-functional support to help customers maximize the value from our solution

Your Experience & Skills

1-2 years of Sales Account Management experience at a SaaS company
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with executives
Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
Ability to build strong personal relationships
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Native English speaker - MUST. Additional languages – advantage
Self-starter, high energy, adaptable, inquisitive and excited to work in a start-up environment
Result-oriented and passionate
