Retention Manager
We're looking for someone who can plan, develop and implement marketing initiatives and campaigns, aimed to increase the retention and conversion rates, influence uplifts of customer value and engagement rates.
The Retention Manager will be responsible for the marketing plan and activities, from idea through execution to post analysis, by utilizing the available channels and initiating new ones, and for monitoring and optimizing our customer performance.
We are looking for a motivated, innovative, analytical and results – driven person, with the passion for marketing, user experience understanding and fan of optimization.


Planning and developing personalized and segmented marketing strategy, while utilizing the various marketing channels and tools available, in order to increase profitability and strengthen customer loyalty.
Initiate and manage marketing campaigns aimed to improve retention and conversion performance.
Monitoring, analyzing and ownership of customer performance - identifying trends, monitoring KPIs, potential growth segments and opportunities in the data.
Understand the customer journey, from first exposure and into life cycle (360), while constantly test and develop ways to improve it, working with various interfaces in the company (product, ACQ, social etc.).


At least 2 years of experience in online marketing roles.
Project management skills and cross-team communication expert; work with product, operations, growth team and BI.
Analytical skills - mandatory - data Insights, analysis of marketing efforts and activity optimization.
The ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet requirements for timeliness and accuracy.
Experience with campaign management tools (Unica / appboy) - advantage.
Basic understanding of multi-channel platforms and experience in e-commerce are an advantage.
