Resource Development and Grants Coordinator – FT, Bilingual
 
Women's advocacy organization in Jerusalem seeks full time Resource Development and Grants Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Maintain ongoing and initiate new funding relationships with foundations, federations and online followers in Israel and abroad; research prospective funding opportunities

• Create and track proposals, reports and other donor documentation required to support funding relationships

• Draft fundraising communications, including newsletters, acknowledgments, email blasts, website material/content, meetings notes etc.

• Work closely with staff to review program services to obtain information for reporting, comply with donor expectations and be aware of programmatic needs

Requirements:

• Minimum three years’ grant writing experience, with excellent grammar and writing skills

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Attention to detail with ability to proofread accurately and effectively

• Ability to solve problems, work independently and meet deadlines

• Highly organized and thorough

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word

• High-level to fluent Hebrew reading and speaking skills

• Native English speaker
