Recruiting for our Multi-lingual Customer Care department.
End to end recruiting including scanning CV's, conducting phone interviews,
preparing and conducting assessment centers and face to face interviews,
reference and background checks, preparing and presenting contracts and
legal forms and managing candidate's relationship until employment in the
Managing and executing ongoing recruiting plan (a new course opens every
Implementing and utilizing effective sourcing and advertising to attract
highly qualified candidates and positively promote and grow our employer
Providing guidance for hiring managers related to candidate screening,
interviewing and selection. Conducting regular follow-ups with managers to
determine effectiveness of recruitment plans.
Identifying and participating in networking activities and industry
conferences to build relationships and connect with future talent.
Participating and supporting in ongoing improvements to our Employee
Supporting other department's recruitment effort when needed.
1-2 years' experience in recruiting - a must.
Previous experience in recruiting for call centers and or/ multilingual
candidates - a big advantage.
Sourcing experience and creative pipeline management.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - an advantage.
Very high level of English - a must.
Highly effective oral and written communication skills, including strong
Strong analytical skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
