Receptionist and Admin Assistant - Bilingual
We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused “Receptionist and Admin Assistant“ to join our organization in the Petah Tikva office with a fixed term contract.
The role is responsible for providing administration support for the local branch working with colleagues from Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and HR across the company
The Receptionist and Admin Assistant must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and experienced in Facilities and/or Travel admin.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Reception - receiving and registering visitors courteously,
Reception of incoming calls.
Responsible for ensuring office areas are tidy and presentable at all times
Transferring Orders to Customer Service Centre
Receiving and dispatching letters/packages via mail, parcel carriers and couriers
Local facilities duties including liaison with landlord, janitorial, vending, stationary, photocopier, catering, cleaning, maintenance, and other suppliers.
Local Point of Contact for IT Manager
Local Point of Contact for HR Manager, with completion of HR Admin tasks
Local Point of Contact for minor Finance tasks, with instructions received from Finance Manager.
Car Fleet Admin
Travel Admin “Go To” person using CWT Tool and any other tools (booking flights, trains, hotels, etc…)
Provide back up to other branches - vending, stationary, photocopier, catering and other suppliers.
Assist with logistics in general (for local events including Customer Education classes, internal meetings and special days, etc….)

High School graduate
Great Customer Service orientation and dedication
Enjoys working with people from varied background; cultural, professional, nationalities
Good spoken and written business English and local business language(s)
Ability to work independently, on their own initiative, with flexibility to work in changing environment
At least one year experience in similar role
Work experience in global business environment
Preferably at least one other European language
