Receptionist - FT
We are looking for a full-time receptionist to join our Azrieli TLV office.

You will be responsible for:

Manning the reception, welcoming visitors and guests and answering phone calls.
Administrative service and assistance to company's employees, management, finance and HR departments.
Working with vendors, taking care of parking arrangements, company mail, employee cards, ordering food and supplies and more.


1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably from a high-tech company
Ability to multitask and take initiative when necessary
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
High energy, great interpersonal communication skills, strong attention to details, service oriented and a fast learner
Full proficiency in English is a MUST.
