Order Processing and Billing Manager
 
The Order Processing and Billing Manager will be responsible for the team, processes and systems used for creating, managing and billing ALL orders taken by the company.
The role will be initially primarily focused on implementing the order management and billing modules of a new companywide ERP system, its integration with Salesforce, establishing standardized processes and finally recruiting a new team across Israeli and North American shared service centers.

Using NetSuite to maintain customer order details with 100% accuracy to drive invoicing, revenue recognition, sales activity reporting, and commissions processing
provide guidance on contract matters to account managers or other operational staff, including training to new account managers and other sales employees in contracting practices and procedures
Coordinate with sales, legal, contracts, commissions, billing, and professional services to ensure efficiency throughout the entire order lifecycle.
Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction, as it relates to customer orders, billing and requests for assistance and information.
Ensure the timely and accurate review of all customer purchase orders, change orders, credit and rebill, meeting throughput targets as defined by the VP Finance

Proficient in using software programs and technology, preferably NetSuite, Salesforce.com, and Avalara
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders in different teams, at all levels to influence change through a matrix organization.
The sense of urgency, resourceful and never sacrificing quality.

Exceptional customer focus with ability to understand customer needs, balancing customer benefits and business goals effectively.
Problem solving ability in a complex environment
Ability to design and drive performance improvement
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
7-10 years progressive customer facing roles with at least 3+ years of relevant experience in order management/contract management
Excellent written, verbal communications in English and presentation skills
