Office Manager and Personal Assistant for a 6 month position, starting immediately

A UK based Hi-Tech company is seeking an Office Manager and Personal Assistant for a 6 month position, starting immediately

Responsibilities include:

devising and maintaining office system (SAP), including data management and filing;
arranging travel, visas and occasionally, providing general assistance during trips;
screening phone calls, enquiries requests, and handling them when appropriate;
meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
dealing with incoming email, faxes and post;
working closely with Bookkeeper;
organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;
liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.

Skills:

English and Hebrew at mother tongue level – a must
Bookkeeping skills – a big advantage
Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Knowledge of Priority or other SAP programs – an advantage

Sunday – Thursday 10:00 – 16:00
