Office Administrator and Human Resources Recruiter
Looking for a passionate & driven Office Administrator and Human Resources Recruiter to occupy one of the most important positions in our company to fully manage and oversee all administration requirements and position recruitment for all departments.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing marketing company and to apply your management skills and HR potential.

Position Responsibilities:

· Human resources requirement for the company’s departments
· Ongoing office management and administration
· Recruiting applicants using internal and external resources, including participating in conferences in universities and colleges, advertising positions in various channels, and posting ads on social media.
· Screening resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, escorting the candidate from stage 1 to position staffing.
· Keeping contact with recruitment agencies and PR firms.
· Arranging appointments and managing the clerical work
· Provide administrative assistance to office employees (flight tickets & hotels booking), organizing company nights’ out, staff workshops and fun days.
· Ordering company products and items to increase moral
· Responsible for office appearance (hire and oversee cleaning & maintenance staff with strong attention to detail, purchasing pictures, plants, etc.)
· Ordering groceries and office equipment
· Issuing invoices


· High level of English (written and verbal)
· Relevant academic education in management / administration / HR
· Strong organizational skills
· Fluency in Microsoft Windows-based desktop applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
· Open-minded, flexible, energetic and proactive
· At least one year of experience of working in a similar position
