The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for gathering, structuring, and
analyzing data with the objective of increasing revenue and optimizing
This position will generate actionable data to:
(1) focus marketing spend
(2) leverage digital footprints left by potential clients performing
research to provide reliable market qualified leads to sales team
(3) uncover buying patterns and traits to optimize buyer personas, and
(4) help to shape future products and solutions. Collaborate with internal
business partners across divisions to integrate analytical tools and
solutions into direct marketing, lead generation campaigns and initiatives.
In this role you will:
Develop and refine segmentation models to help focus marketing assets.
Gain knowledge and understanding of the business and key performance
indicators to provide better analytics solutions.
Lead development of predictive modeling projects using data mining
techniques for estimating current and future clients, prospecting new
clients and cross-selling to existing clients, Explores the data and uncover
patterns, meaningful relationships, anomalies and trends.
Produce actionable insights from multiple research projects that are
Train users in reporting and marketing automation tools for analytics
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/ Business Management/
Information Systems or other quantitative discipline.
Over 2 years of relevant employment experience in analyst positions driving
business insights through large, complex data sets in technology oriented
Mandatory - Strong data visualization skills. Experience creating dashboard
reporting in Tableau/ Qlickview/ Oracle DVD or a similar visualization tool
Mandatory - Experience in using CRM, marketing automation, and data
management platforms and analytical tools.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft office required.
Experience querying databases and using statistical computer languages and
environments: R, Python, SQL, etc.
Desired experience as a research analyst and/or predictive modeler
demonstrating strong mass data mining and statistical expertise.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of English, ability to communicate and work with stakeholders
across the globe.
