Human Resources Business Partner
 
We are looking for Human Resources Business Partner who has the ability to diagnose problems, identify and drive appropriate solutions. A successful candidate will be able to partner and interact effectively with at all levels, deliver value-added services that reflect the business objectives, possess excellent communication skills, business acumen, and the agility to function in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

In this role, you will think strategically as well as roll up your sleeves and dive deep into practical application. Understanding business priorities and translating them into an HR approach that supports the business will be key to your success. You will be critical in helping us maintain our culture as we grow.

Requirements

The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company
A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment

The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves"
Strong solutions focus and be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions
The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on results
Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage workflow, with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced, frugal environment with multiple and sometimes changing priorities

In addition:

3+ years of working experience in an HR Business Partner role
3+ years of experience in recruitment within the High Tech industry
Bachelor's degree in related discipline (Master's degree preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills. Experience using and presenting data to make decisions.
