HR Manager
 
The Human Resources Manager is a key partner within the unit, responsible
for implementing the HR strategy, HR processes and best practices to support
business goals

Key roles and responsibilities

Provide service and consultancy to unit employees and first line managers
along the full employee life-cycle.
Lead recruitment of new employees, including screening, interviewing and
candidate management.
Lead the development and execution of onboarding process into the unit,
facilitating development of onboarding content, and supporting managers on
developing onboarding plans and activities
Lead training need assessments as well as building and execution of the
annual learning plan.
Support managers with preparing and implementing communication plans
including internal communication in support of of changes and new
initiatives
Implementation in the unit of HR processes (based on the HR calendar) such as performance management and mid-year reviews, running training sessions and promoting execution of these HR processes
Provide guidance and consultancy to the managers regarding employee relations issues, to ensure compliance with employment laws and ethical standards.
"Sense the field" to focus areas for intervention and support and promote
the organizational climate
Implement change management programs driven form the business needs and challenges
Update, maintain and monitor data on various HR systems and issue reports and analyses, to allow on-going monitoring and decision making

Required Experience, Qualifications and Skills

At least 3-5 years relevant HR work experience preferably in a
global/international environment
Practical knowledge in the areas of employee management, employee relations,
employment law, employee development/learning, change management
Proven experience in globally dispersed, complex companies
Bachelor degree in Social Science or Behavioral science - must.
Master degree in Human resource - advantage.
Team player with Excellent interpersonal skills
Highly organized
Excellent English - both written and verbal
