HR Generalist - Temp
 
We are looking for a HR Generalist for a temporary position who will support and implement our human capital strategies in our fast growing company. As part of the HR team you will be responsible for employee life cycle, and be a focal point for employees in HR issues, working closely with the HR team,
managers while operation the HR systems.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Maintains data regarding hires, transfers, terminations, performance and
organizational changes. Provide analysis for improved decision-making and efficient work processes within HR
Implement and execute HR policies and processes (Performance review, Merit review, Onboarding processes, termination, manager's training.)
Identify and provide solutions regarding; HR needs, compensation issues, new hire orientation, performance appraisals, policy deployment and compliance
Conduct personal and group meetings (Pulse check conversation with new and ongoing employees, round tables, exit interviews) to identify trends and provide data to client groups.
Advise and support first line managers with different HR issues.
Support and champion employee engagement and development or performance improvement programs/initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Sociology/HR/Business or related field.
2-4 years' experience working in HR (Preferably in the High -Tech industry)
Experience supporting global organizations as they scale - an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Hebrew and in English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate to employees and managers through all organizational levels
Results and detailed oriented
Ability to represent the HR function with providing sound/practical advice to employees
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and demonstrates a high level of maturity
Ability to work in a fast paced environment that requires willingness to learn and apply new concept/strategies quickly
Must be agile - able to handle ambiguity, change and shifting priorities
Ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership skills
