HR Business Partner - Bilingual
Looking for a top-notch HR Business Partner to manage end to end HR activities for a number of departments.
This is a strategic and hands-on role in which you’ll have a unique opportunity to make your mark while creating and maintaining a strong company culture and drive employee engagement.

What will you actually be doing?

Direct and coordinate all human resource activities in the employee life cycle such as benefits, personnel issues, recruiting, retention, training and development.
Develop a trusted adviser relationship with senior management.
Improve manager coaching and implement management development programs.
Develop, manage and implement OD initiatives.
Be the POC for all things related to employee success and culture for the department.
Work closely with the company's local and international HR Teams to assure alignment with the overall business strategy.
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure high quality recruitment for your departments. Ensure legal compliance and drive resolution for complex employee issues.


At least 3 years of experience and proven results in an HR Business Partner role in a fast paced, high tech environment.
A Bachelor’s degree (relevant Masters degree- an advantage).
Experience in creating, managing and implementing OD programs - Must
Excellent communication skills in Hebrew & English - Must
Expertise in a diverse human resources background with experience including, but not limited to: employee relations, benefits and compensation, training, compliance, and recruitment.
A proven track record of working in growing organizations and effectively interacting with senior management.
The ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
Leadership skills and team player qualities with a can-do attitude, and the highest level of integrity.
