To recruit for the company in APAC, EMEA, UK and US.
Petah Tikva based only, must have very strong sales and marketing global
Must have high level or native English. Hebrew not essential.
Up to 1 year contract - may go permanent thereafter
The experienced recruiter will lead and manage the recruitment cycle;
Work closely with senior management to develop the job description,
selection criteria, recruitment techniques, timeframe and budget.
Continue to build strong relationships and work in partnership with
recruitment agencies and headhunters.
Source the highest quality candidates and source new agents in specific
fields of expertise in each country.
Ensure you receive quality feedback from managers to support the process in
a timely manner.
Learn and understand the company business, its priorities and the
characteristics and organizational culture.
Build pipeline talent for the future and keep in touch with the candidates.
Support the employee branding strategy by advertising and promoting roles in the right places at the right time.
Research new techniques that can continually improves the recruitment
Responsibility for new employee onboarding, support with employment law
matters, internal communication and involvement in other HR processes.

Able to work at speed and at a high quality in a fast dynamic organization
Positive and energetic outlook
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in international recruitment. Preferred background
recruiting in to hi tech companies.
Experience working with senior management
Good understanding of employment contractual terms is preferable.
Native English or as good as.
Hebrew not essential but preferred
