Global Customer Service Manager
The candidate will manage the GCS team and will be accountable for the following:

• Manage all GBU onsite travel & support
• Manage and control travel expanses to meet budget
• Improve customer experience (TCE)
• Providing support for NPI products
• Responsible to S4 Upgrades implementations
• Support customers growth by providing effective ramp up and production support

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of management experience: TL or MGR1
• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary environment
• Academic degree - Must
• Familiar with Indigo S4 products
• Ability to work under pressure environment
• Proven good interpersonal relationship
