We are offering this managerial opportunity to an experienced, multi-disciplinary Facilities Manager who is ready take on the challenge and join a welcoming global company

As a Facilities Manager you will be responsible for:
Global facilities control and supervision while working with all local site facilities managers, including: building maintenance management, electro-mechanical systems, car-leasing fleet management and storehouse management in the company
Providing daily service, support and solutions to company employees, handling mishaps, onboarding new employees, task solutions and tasks distribution to the team
Global facilities Budget management and ongoing control of meeting budget targets
Negotiating and ongoing work with vendors and subcontractors in the areas of: mobile phones, car leasing, food & catering, cleaning and maintenance, air conditioning, water supply systems, UPS, electricity, high and low voltage, telephony, managing company, asset owners, sub- tenants and the like
Issuing purchase orders and ongoing approval of invoices
Providing service to the various business units of the company
Ongoing work and reporting to Company managers and to the direct supervisor (Head of Operations and Budget)
Generating reports per the supervisors’ requests
Direct management of the department staff
Handling construction issues and systems modifications and annual maintenance plans
Ongoing work and support of the electro-mechanical systems with the IT Department regarding the labs, communications rooms, server rooms and the like
Responsible for the safety domain: managing a systematic work plan and work with the fire department
Ongoing work with various authorities: “Magen David Adom”, the Police Department, the municipality, the Ministry of Transport, Home Front Command, the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor, etc
Responding to emergencies on weekends and handling projects that take place beyond the standard and regular activity hours

This job is only for you if you have:

At least 5 years of experience as a facilities manager in a medium-large hi-tech company
Good managerial abilities and skilled at motivating employees (our team consists of three functions: Maintenance / Construction Manager, Logistics / Administration Manager and Car Fleet Manager)
High service orientation
Great interpersonal communication abilities
Microsoft Office applications and internet proficient. (Excel, Word and power point)
Very good English
Excellent personal skills – Responsible, charismatic, thorough, an initiator, proactive, independent, assertive
A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or industrial engineering and management
