Facilities Coordinator
 
The Facilities Coordinator will manage a range of services and provide the necessary support to ensure high quality and efficient running of the office in Israel.
This role oversees many different aspects of a company's operations from managing vendors and contractors to being responsible for the maintenance of the premise.
The successful candidate should be an energetic and a multitasking kind of person, with attention to details, performance oriented, and able to take full responsibility on the day to day offices.
This is a full-time position, reporting to the Facilities Manager.

Responsibilities

Directing, coordinating and planning essential central services such as ongoing maintenance, waste disposal and recycling
Ensuring high cleaning quality standards are maintained
Ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements and that facilities complies with legislation
Supervising and coordinating work of contractors
Execution of meetings and special events, including room set up, technical support, etc
Support seating changes, including moving furniture
Managing the Operations warehouse, receiving supplies, managing the quantities, etc

Requirements

2 years of experience as a Facilities Coordinator in a company
Technically competent (electricity, air condition etc.)
Attention to details
Cares about quality, cleanliness, fixing malfunctions
Problem-solving skill
Handle multiple priorities
Good Negotiation skills
Excellent written/verbal communications, Customer focused and great inter-personal skills
Assertive
Good English
Flexible hours on need
Team player
