Director of Customer Success
 
We are growing our customer base and looking an experienced and passionate
Director of Customer Success.

As the Director of Customer Success, you will be leading and developing the
Customer Success vision & team to help drive maximum value, customer
retention and expansion.
Through operational excellence, you will ensure optimal customer engagement,
build and execute methodologies to reach top customer success in order for
our customers to achieve their defined business goals and allow us to scale
effectively as our business continues to grow.

Responsibilities

Maximize customer success outcomes by providing outstanding service and
value to our customer base as we lead them through the development process
of their IoT product
Drive & nurture our marketplace of suppliers, developers and experts from
around the world
Increase renewal rates and reduce churn by optimising customer lifecycle
value & expansion activities
Lead the CSM team of 5, mentor, guide and provide feedback to position the
team for success and career growth
Form the operational infrastructure which will enable the success of many
new customers through guides, videos, workshops etc.
Build a go-to-market processes, including customer onboarding and training,
customer success management etc.

Requirements

+5 years' experience in leading teams of Customer Success / Account
Management (Big advantage- in a SaaS company)
Proven record of excellence. Only excellent candidates will be considered
A dynamic and charismatic leader who believes in collaborating with
customers as well as in-house teams to create greater impact and develop
A highly driven and independent overachiever, eager to prove his track
record of consistently customer retention and expansion
Thriving in a fast paced, dynamic, deadline-driven environment and able to
manage priorities and respond to challenges under pressure
Excellent English - Must
Product development experience - Advantage
