Customer Operations Expert
 
Responsibilities

As a Customer Operations Expert you will be handling many different types of operational tasks, business processes, as well as provide feedback to the team.
You will work directly with our customers and help them get their tasks done.
You will be responsible for creating, improving and perfecting our customer experience - working directly with Product, Marketing and Dev, in order to utilize trends and insights into exceptional user-experience and efficient work processes.

Skills & Requirements

English - Native
Excellent knowledge of US / American culture and slang
+3 years experience in customer-facing roles (customer support is a plus)
Outstanding writing skills (must be effective, concise and empathetic)
Well-organized, creative, resourceful, and committed to doing whatever it takes to get excellent results
Great understanding of cloud based and mobile based applications
Great time management abilities
Team player with great communication skills
Preference for candidates who are willing to work +30 hours a week (night shifts) in our TLV office.
