Customer Experience Expert
 
Our global API division is hiring a customer experience expert, to support our global customers.

The job includes:

Response to technical requests to ensure qualitative service provided to the
customers in a timely manner
Follow-up on pending service requests, in order to get a complete and
accurate answer
Coordinate between the business units, account managers and customers on
technical requests on a daily basis
Build relationships with customers, considering the various cultural
backgrounds
Deal with complicated issues such as complaints, long pending requests, etc.
Initiate ideas to further improve the service

Responsibilities:

BSc in chemistry / life sciences / relevant field - must
Previous experience in customer experience or pharma industry - an advantage
Fluent English - must
