Managing kitchen staff
Be in charge of preparing all weekday meals, Shabbatot & Yom Tov meals.
Overseeing and in charge of meal preparations for outside groups including weekday banquets, Shabbos meals and VIP meals.
Be in charge of preparing various snacks for visitors and groups
Purchasing · Supplies & inventory control
Budget management, pricing and billing
Overall cleanliness and order in kitchen, food & supplies storage, and in dining room
Food business development
Ensure health of the food & safety measures in the kitchen

Requirements

Experience in management & running large institutional kitchens
Catering business experience a plus
Good working with people
Dedicated
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
Detail orientated & organized
Available to work with WhatsApp, email and mobile phone

Working hours: Approximately between 7:30 am – 3:30pm Sunday through Thursday, and as per need: Fridays 7:30-12:30pm
Availability: Right away (or as soon as possible)
