Account Manager
The Account Manager will provide support to the company's sales team and hold a key role in helping us to achieve our embassies sales goals and maintain our reputation for superior customer centric approach. The Account Manager will lead the client through the onboarding process and will continue to manage the relationship through the entire lifecycle of the client on the platform.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the go to person for the sales team and support team in complex sales cycles
• Managing the integration of large clients to the platform, while working closely with the technical team to discuss the development of new features for merchants
• Building productive relationships internally, to ensure the best possible merchant experience
• Establishing productive, professional, long lasting relationships with merchants
• Ability to understand and anticipate clients existing and future needs in depth and develop compelling solutions to meet client needs
• Bring fresh insight to client's business that will help them deliver competitive advantage through increasing clients performance/revenue and satisfaction
• Positioned as an expert in payments keeping abreast of ongoing changes. regulation and competitive overview.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years' experience in similar position
• Education: BSc /BA
• Customization and maintaining CRM or similar system - SalesForce -An advantage
• Highly proficient or mother-tongue English-Must
• In-depth understanding of the ecommerce world- An advantage
• Assertive, persuasive and achievement-oriented
• Good interpersonal relationship and teamwork skills
• Preference to work in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
